The Help Desk is available from 9:00-5:00 ET, Monday - Friday. Email is the preferred method for contact as issues are reviewed and documented by several QOPI staff members through the email account.

Please contact the Help Desk with questions or feedback and assistance for the following services:

  • Register a new practice

  • Deactivate old user accounts
